Kpi4d Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Rules & Policies

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and kpi4d ("Platform", "We", "kpi4d"). This document governs your use of all services, content, and features available on the kpi4d website at kpi4d.best as well as all related subdomains and applications.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kpi4d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable game rules. Continued use of this platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

If you are using the kpi4d platform on behalf of an organisation, company, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and that the entity accepts these Terms.

To register and use the kpi4d platform, you must fully meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration. kpi4d does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to use this platform in any capacity.
• A Malaysian citizen or legal resident, or an individual accessing the platform from a region where online gambling is not prohibited under local law.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never previously banned from using the kpi4d platform for any reason.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. kpi4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility and prevent fraud.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the kpi4d platform at any one time. Holding more than one account — whether using the same or different information — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all outstanding balances and winnings.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party.
• Notify kpi4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure your personal information is kept up to date and accurate at all times.

Kpi4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. We recommend using a strong password and enabling the two-factor authentication available in your account settings.

Kpi4d supports a wide range of deposit methods popular among Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and no foreign currencies are accepted on this platform.

Kpi4d users may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (phone number verification and, where required, identity verification).
• Any wagering requirements (rollover) associated with a received bonus must be fully met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.

Kpi4d processes withdrawal requests within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method, amount, and account verification status. In cases requiring additional review for security or anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes, processing times may be longer.

Kpi4d reserves the right to suspend or decline withdrawal requests that raise concerns about fraud, bonus abuse, or other activities that violate these Terms. In such cases, our team will contact you for further information before any final decision is made.

Kpi4d offers a variety of promotions and bonuses to new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotion's details. The general conditions applicable to all kpi4d bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement, typically ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount received. The exact rollover amount is specified in the terms of each promotion.
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry a validity period that is clearly stated. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within this period will expire automatically.

The kpi4d VIP Rewards Program has its own terms and conditions, available on the VIP Rewards. Accumulated VIP points cannot be redeemed directly for cash except through the redemption mechanism specified in the programme.

General rules applicable to all games on kpi4d:

• Parlay & Accumulator: If any selection in a parlay slip is voided, it will be treated as a "void" leg and the overall odds will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections only.

Kpi4d reserves the right to void bets or withhold winnings if there is evidence of match manipulation or the use of inside information to gain an unfair advantage. Full cooperation with sports authorities and enforcement bodies is kpi4d's standing policy in addressing sporting integrity issues.

Kpi4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a user's account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Opening more than one account.
• Abuse of promotions or bonuses.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion or any attempt to manipulate games.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards kpi4d support staff.

In the event of account termination for security or fraud-related reasons, kpi4d reserves the right to place a hold on the account balance while an investigation is conducted. Should the investigation confirm that the funds were legitimately obtained and no breach occurred, the funds will be returned to the user within a reasonable timeframe.

Users whose accounts are terminated due to a breach of these Terms are not entitled to compensation for excluded winnings, cancelled bonuses, or any related fees that have been deducted.

The kpi4d platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly at all times, kpi4d does not guarantee that our services will be free from interruptions, errors, or data loss.

Kpi4d shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from use of the platform, including in-game losses.
• Service disruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or factors beyond our control.
• Game outcomes that occur during a disruption to the user's internet connection.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Kpi4d's liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the liability claim. This cap is the maximum limit and does not guarantee any refund under normal circumstances.

Kpi4d reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments that involve material changes to user rights will be communicated via in-platform notification or email at least 7 days before taking effect.

Minor amendments or changes made to comply with new legal requirements may take effect immediately without prior notice. The date of the most recent amendment will always be displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the kpi4d platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining funds before the amendment's effective date.
